More Pull, a Little Less Push

Now more than ever is the time to pull in your customers/members. Gone is the time when one big ad begging them to call a phone number or visit a website would do the job. There is a paradigm shift happening in regards to marketing - we are looking less and less at how to push messages out and more and more about how to create something that is worthy of "re-tweeting", "like"ing, or just simply passing along. There is so much information out there and so many organizations vying for attention at the same time that strategy is more important than ever. Take a step back -- get out of your normal everyday shoes and think different about how you can take advantage of today's technology to get your message out.

The good news is that the one big idea is not the only way -- you can try out many little ideas on smaller scales to see what sticks.
